| Investigation result | Wind consistent with possible Qenos Olefins ETP odour. Two operators performed on site boundary investigation and no odours detected. Environmental Officer investigated at callers location and buffer zone 45 minutes after call received and no odour detected then and wind was light and variable . Olefins ETP was operating normally and the storm pond was empty. |
