| Investigation result | There were no complex plant upsets. Site investigation at ETP following call did not identify odours at site boundary. Wind NW 12-16 knots towards callers location. Olefins ETP storm pond was empty with normal effluent flow and conditions from plant. Unable to confirm ETP as the source of the odour. |
