The Environmental Action Line is a 24-hour free-call hotline that residents can call to report a problem. Every call is recorded and all calls are investigated immediately.
If a problem is found within the Complex, it is addressed as soon as possible and the caller is notified (callers can remain anonymous and will not receive a call back).
The details of every call are passed on to the EPA and the Council within two business days and are reported to the next meeting of the ACNCG. The personal details of the callers are not passed on.
The Action Line was set up by the Complex to provide an immediate response to residents about concerns that may be caused by the Complex.
The Action Line does not replace the Environment Protection Authority and Council responses and does not have any authority to address any issues that are not of Complex origin. It provides an additional service.
The results of investigations of all calls to the Action Line are published on the Complaints page on this website.
