| Investigation result | Investigation at callers location and surrounding areas did not detect potential noise from the complex. There was no flaring at Qenos plants at times noise was reported. Qenos Olefins noise meters did not show increased site noise emissions from 20:30 on the 3rd or 4th October 2017. |
