| Investigation result | Odour not detected in Charles Rd upon immediate investigation. Odour levels at Olefins Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) were normal and very localised. The Olefins storm pond was empty and not receiving effluent. The effluent stream had normal background levels of contaminants. Wind conditions were calm to light. |
