The ACNCG is committed to working together to minimise the impacts of the chemical industry on the local environment.

Our mission

The ACNCG will provide an effective forum to raise issues of particular environmental interest and complaints and to discuss health and safety issues of mutual interest or concern.

Our key objectives are set out in our Charter. In summary, they are to work together to:

• encourage continuous environmental improvement, monitor environmental, health and safety performance and receive formal feedback
• receive information on plans and proposals
• receive regulatory authority information
• consider aesthetic environment improvement
• improve regulation standards and control of the Complex in particular and the chemical industry in general.
